Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Customer profiling & device positioning.
  • Ensure coverage & customer visits on a regular basis.
  • Conduct Demo whenever necessary as per lead.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate medical practitioner, aesthetician, and office-staff training programs and practice-management seminars.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or any technical background.
  • Must have previous Aesthetic Sales experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the derma & medical devices industry.
  • Medical aesthetic, dermatological, plastic surgery sales experience in medical device or specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
