Responsibilities:
- Customer profiling & device positioning.
- Ensure coverage & customer visits on a regular basis.
- Conduct Demo whenever necessary as per lead.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate medical practitioner, aesthetician, and office-staff training programs and practice-management seminars.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or any technical background.
- Must have previous Aesthetic Sales experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the derma & medical devices industry.
- Medical aesthetic, dermatological, plastic surgery sales experience in medical device or specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
